From 1 March 2014 Turkish Marriage offices will accept an Affidavit/Affirmation sworn before a UK Public Notary or British Embassy/consulate in Turkey depending on your residency status. The British Embassy/Consulates in Turkey will stop issuing Certificate of Non Impediments in Turkish.
This means that all paperwork for your marriage can be obtained in the UK which means YOU SAVE time and money.
